Weipeng Yang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in Early Childhood Education at The Education University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He specialises in early childhood curriculum and pedagogy with interests in STEAM education, positive education, and professional learning. He has published in Journal of Curriculum Studies, The Curriculum Journal, British Journal of Educational Technology, Teaching and Teacher Education and other journals. He is currently an Incoming Editor of the Journal of Research in Childhood Education, the Associate Editor of the Journal for the Study of Education and Development, the Co-Convenor of the Curriculum, Assessment and Pedagogy (CAP) SIG at British Educational Research Association (BERA), and a Steering Group Member of the British Curriculum Forum (BCF). He is also serving on the Editorial Boards of the Curriculum Journal, Early Childhood Research Quarterly, Early Education and Development, and SN Social Sciences.
