Pallavi Amitava Banerjee is a senior lecturer in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Exeter. Her research explores inequalities in education and educational outcomes across the student life cycle, focussing on socioeconomic factors that influence educational outcomes for children and young people. She uses experimental and quasi-experimental research designs, large-scale administrative datasets and longitudinal surveys from a variety of sources and conducts systematic reviews.
