Lilian N. Schofield is a lecturer in non-profit management and the programme director for the MSc Management programme at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. Lilian is an educator with teaching experience in management, social change and development in practice. She adopts a multidisciplinary approach to teaching management subjects, particularly in thematic areas of sustainability and social change. Lilian is a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
