Emma Cooper, Dr

Emma Cooper is a lecturer and director of initial teacher education (ITE) at the University of Stirling, United Kingdom. Her research interests include curriculum studies, multimodal literacies and social semiotics. She is currently a collaborator on a federally funded project on digital storytelling with biliteracy curricula, and is undertaking research in the areas of academic reading pedagogies and multimodal literacy pedagogies in classroom curricula. Emma is Book Reviews Editor for the Curriculum Journal and Stirling’s ITE Representative for Education Scotland’s Attainment Challenge.
