Charlotte Vidal-Hall is a research lead working in an education policy environment. She was an early years and primary teacher for 15 years before completing an MA and PhD in early years education. Charlotte has been a school governor at an inner city community primary school for 12 years including four years as chair of governors. Charlotte also sits on BERA’s Conference & Events Committee.
