Dr Araz Zirar earned his PhD in Strategic HRM and Change from Loughborough University. Before his current role at the University of Huddersfield, he was an associate lecturer in Management at Loughborough Business School. His professional journey has various HR roles, including the Director of HR at the University of Kurdistan Hewler (UKH). In 2020, he took the position of Lecturer in Management at School of Business, Education and Law. Dr Zirar’s research interests include understanding the impact of emerging technologies on student learning and education.
