Alexandra Brown is a Philosophy, Ethics and Religious Studies secondary school teacher, academic, visiting lecturer, writer and poet whose work focuses on Christian theologies of liberation (namely Black Liberation Theology, Womanist theology and Asian Feminist theology ((Feminist Theology within the context of South Korea)), Islam within the African American experience and decolonising issues of social justice pertaining to gender, race, class, disability and sexual identity within the English Religious Education curriculum. Theologically and philosophically, Alexandra aligns with Black Liberation Theology, Womanism and Afro-Pessimism.
