I am a Principal Lecturer in English Language and Linguistics at Bedfordshire. I trained as a language teacher in the 1980s and regularly work with universities at home and abroad. My interests lie in forensic linguistics and conversation analysis. I also work as a consultant for the NHS and Bedford Borough Council.
