Pip Buckingham is an associate lecturer in teacher education at the University of East London. Pip has more than 10 years’ teaching experience and is currently completing her doctorate in education on raising expectations in the classroom. She is especially interested in the transition between primary and secondary education and has organised immersive theatrical workshops within trust schools to promote deep learning in year 6 and 7.
