Research Associate at University of Strathclyde

Mark Carver is a research associate in educational research at the University of Strathclyde, working on the Measuring Quality in Initial Teacher Education project (see mquite.scot) to develop and pilot measures of quality that are sensitive to Scotland’s context and ambitions. He is also lecturer in teaching English to speakers of other languages at the University of St Andrews, specialising in assessment and how formative assessment design can support students in achieving transformative learning.
