Hi – I'm Kate, the Director of OSC Education Ltd. I'm all about connecting theory with practice in education.
I started teaching English in East London before becoming a senior leader for many years.
Now I work with schools to develop teaching, learning and curriculum. And share my experience developing teams and coaching. A lot of my work now lies in developing online training and professional development.
This includes my knowledge as an academic – I work and study at UCL/Institute of Education. I'm also the SIG convenor for BERA's Philosophy of Education Special Interest Group.
I work with teachers and leaders on national and international projects – across primary, secondary and higher education.
