Cherry Zin Oo is a lecturer at the Department of Educational Psychology, Yangon University of Education, Myanmar. She is also a PhD graduate from the School of Education at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a recipient of the 2021 BERA ECR Career Development Fellowship. Her research interests include teacher education, assessment literacy, assessment for learning, mixed-method research and systematic reviews. She currently leads a research project looking at teachers’ conceptions of assessment and their assessment practices in Myanmar.
