Welcome Reception

An informal evening reception is open to all delegates at no extra cost. Delegates are invited to the exhibition hall for the Welcome Reception whilst enjoying wine (soft drinks are available) and canapés. This will be an excellent opportunity to network and mingle with exhibitors, meet old friends and colleagues, and to make new ones.

The Welcome Reception is included in the full registration fees. Additional tickets for guests can be purchased at the time of registration.

Start the evening exploring Belfast’s most famous tourist attraction. With an arrival drink you will have the opportunity to explore the galleries and exhibitions. Begin your journey of the world’s largest Titanic Exhibition here.

The Gala Dinner will take place in the stunning Titanic Suite. With panoramic views over the original slipways, a replica Titanic ‘staircase’ for a great photo opportunity and dining in a true first class experience, we are sure this will be a memorable event in this unique venue.

After dinner you will be entertained with traditional Irish performers and a Céilidh.
