Sophia completed an MA in Modern and Contemporary Literature, Culture and Thought at the University of Sussex in 2015. She was then based in Aarhus, Denmark, for three years, where she taught English literature and founded the culture and learning project Aarhus Feminist Reading Group. She completed a funded PhD at Loughborough University in early 2022 and is currently a Research Assistant at University of Warwick's Department for Education Studies.
