Dr Smruti Bulsari has worked for 17 years in academia before joining MyCor Human Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat (India) as policy analyst. She holds a doctorate in economics and master’s degrees in business administration, economics and data science. Exploring new subject areas and undertaking interdisciplinary studies are her passion. Smruti is proficient in use of different software for statistical analysis and possesses expertise to work with large datasets. Currently, she is working on a GCRF-BA project to examine the influence of schooling on cognitive and overall development of children.
