Reader in Digital Society at Oxford Brookes University

Sarah Quinton is a reader in digital society. She explores how digitalisation is changing society, and is currently investigating the use of social media to share images by older people and how this mitigates social isolation. She is also chair of Oxford Brookes’ research ethics committee, and has a keen interest in encouraging novel research design and disseminating responsible research practice. Her latest book, co-authored with Nina Reynolds, is Understanding Research in the Digital Age, published by SAGE in 2018.
