Sanum Khan is an assistant headteacher for student personal development. She has written opinion pieces, including book reviews, for Schools Week and SecEd, and delivers continuing professional development to schools focused on improving practice to be more inclusive. She leads on staff wellbeing in her current role and has a focus on improving the recruitment, retention and promotion of minoritised staff.
