Rebecca Grant is a PhD candidate at the University of Manchester, investigating secondary schools’ responses to pupil disadvantage as part of an ESRC CASE studentship. She co-edits the Manchester Institute of Education’s Building Evidence into Education (BEE) blog. Rebecca was previously a secondary school English teacher in Blackpool.
