Dr Qian Liu is a research fellow at the National Institute of Teaching. Her research interests include professional development of practitioners in education, technology-enhanced pedagogy and young people’s equitable participation into STEM. She obtained her PhD degree in education from the University of Cambridge and was then awarded an Early Career Impact Fellowship at the Institute of Education, University College London. She has contributed to several large international research projects funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, the British Academy and Research England.
