Patrick Carmichael, Dr

Patrick Carmichael is Managing Director of Camtree – the Cambridge Teacher Research Exchange, which is creating a global platform for educators around the world who wish to reflect on their practice and conduct research on improving learning in their classrooms and institutions.

Originally a school teacher, Patrick has particular interests in the role of digital technologies in education systems. Prior to joining Camtree, Patrick was a Professor of Teacher Education and Director of Research Development at the University of Bedfordshire, Professor of Educational Research at Liverpool John Moores University, and Head of Evaluation at the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Applied Research in Educational Technologies.
