I am an experienced higher education professional with a demonstrated history of international education, curriculum development for teacher training and professional development programs, and teaching diverse groups of undergraduate and graduate students. I am skilled in teaching adult learners, interpersonal and cultural relationships, public speaking, presentations, and academic advising. My scholarship focuses on improving teacher training programs, psychology and motivation of learning, and social justice issues in adult education specifically concerning refugee and immigrant learners.
