I am currently a PhD student studying the development of prosocial decision-making and behaviour in business owners. Drawing upon over 50 years of experience in the workplace, I am adopting a multi-disciplinary and participative approach that combines my interests in education, business and psychology. I am also the founder of Beyond Money Education and Training CIC, set up to disseminate the learning from my research to different audiences, and in doing so democratising knowledge.
