Dr Lindsey Finch holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts in Education, Doctorate of Education, and school-management qualifications. In addition, she is a qualified counsellor and coach-mentor. Lindsey is currently a Teacher Educator at the School of Education, Ulster University. She previously held the position of senior manager in a post-primary school where, along with departmental responsibilities, she oversaw pastoral care, special educational needs and school improvement. Along with school management, environmental education and assessment, Lindsey’s particular interests lie in promoting and sustaining wellbeing among pupils and staff and, more broadly, holistic school improvement. In her various roles, Lindsey seeks to equip her students for both the academic and pastoral aspects of a teaching career.
