Kelly has been in education for over 20 years working in a variety of roles from Teacher, Headteacher and Director of Primary Improvement for a Multi Academy Trust. Currently, she is working on her Doctorate of Education at University College London, Institute of Education while still working with primary schools to support the development of English and Spelling Mastery. She has been a Specialist Maths teacher and an ICT Leading teacher, while her Masters work focussed on supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
