Iro is Head of Research and Impact at Eton College, based at the Tony Little Centre for Innovation and Research in Learning. She completed her PhD in sociology at the University of Warwick, where part of her research involved conducting an ethnography in an educational setting. She is now a visiting research in Education Studies at Warwick. Previously she has worked at the Character Project, University of Oxford and BrainCanDo, a neuroscience consultancy.
