Dr İbrahim Çolak is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration at Trabzon University. He previously worked as an English teacher for the Turkish Ministry of National Education for more than 15 years. He obtained his PhD in Educational Administration from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University in 2021. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Educational Administration at Trabzon University since 2023. His research interests include organisational behaviour, teacher autonomy and critical education. He instructs undergraduate courses in the fields of classroom management, the Turkish education system and school management, as well as an introduction to educational management at the graduate level.
