Dane Norris is a PhD candidate in social policy at the University of Chichester wherein his research focuses on the construction and performance of intersectional identities in interaction with neoliberalism. Having recently obtained associate fellowship to the Higher Education Transfer Alliance, Dane also supports master’s students in education, teaches sociology and is also a member of the senior leadership team at a comprehensive academy.
