Christopher Bear is reader in Human Geography at Cardiff University’s School of Geography and Planning. His research explores the changing food system, focusing particularly on the study of human–animal–technology relations, and embracing contexts including commercial ocean fisheries, dairy farming and alternative proteins. He currently leads a work package on Enabling policy solutions for transparent food supply chains as part of a Horizon Europe consortium (TITAN).
