Chloe Reid is a PhD candidate at Cardiff University’s School of Social Sciences, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Welsh Government. She is researching employer engagement with schools, the aspirations of young people and post-16 transitions in Wales. Previously she completed an MSc in Education, Policy and Society at Cardiff University, a PGCE in Secondary Citizenship at London Metropolitan University and an LLB Law at King’s College London.
