Charlotte Webber (she/her) is a PhD student working on a collaborative project with Moray House School of Education and Sport at the University of Edinburgh and the Scottish Book Trust. She uses participatory approaches to work with young people on projects exploring their reading motivation and experiences with reading for pleasure. Her PhD project has been specifically exploring the barriers young people experience to reading for pleasure and their suggestions for how to maintain a love of reading beyond childhood.
