The trainer for the social media session will be Catherine McDonald. Catherine spent 20 years in radio and television, working for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, before joining the University of Essex in 2013. As Senior Communications Officer for the university’s Faculty of Social Sciences, she supported academics in the promotion of their research and creating pathways to impact and engagement. Catherine is the creator of Popping Orange Communications and is Senior Producer at Research Podcasts.
