Caroline Whiting is co-lead of the primary ITT English team at Bath Spa University. A former primary school teacher, Caroline was also a head teacher, a local authority primary adviser, school improvement partner, and Newly Qualified Teacher co-ordinator and a monitor for the year 1 phonics check. Caroline’s research interests include initial teacher education and primary assessment.
