Dr Carmel Conn is Associate Professor in Inclusive Pedagogy at the University of South Wales and has led the pan-Wales Equity and Inclusion Collaborative Research Network since 2020. Her research focuses on inclusive education, additional learning needs and educational reform in Wales and she has extensive knowledge as both educator and researcher in these areas. Carmel has published numerous articles and books, most recently co-editing the forthcoming book, Working with Uncertainty for Educational Change: Orientations to Professional Practice (Routledge).
