Dr Aimee Quickfall is head of programmes for primary and early years initial teacher education at Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln. She was a primary and early years teacher for 15 years and loves helping others to achieve their dream of being a life-changing teacher; her trainees are some of the loveliest people on Earth. Aimee’s current research interests are the experiences of teachers who are also mothers, wellbeing and workload for teachers, and teacher trainees and the experiences of students on her programmes.
