Dr Hülya Kasapoğlu Tankutay is a Professor of Educational Administration at Trabzon University. She completed her undergraduate education in the Chemistry Teaching Program at Karadeniz Technical University’s Fatih Faculty of Education in 1994. She earned her MA degree from the Department of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning, and Economics at Hacettepe University’s Institute of Social Sciences in 2001 and her PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision from Gazi University’s Institute of Educational Sciences in 2009. Having worked as a teacher at the Ministry of National Education from 1994 to 2011, she has been a faculty member in the Department of Educational Administration at Trabzon University’s Fatih Faculty of Education since 2011. Her research interests include self-development in administrators, administrative effectiveness, effective classroom management and creative drama.
