Dr Antonia Voigt, Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Surrey, UK, is an early career academic with an interdisciplinary background in management and higher education. Her two main research areas are organisational change for sustainability and quality, access and inclusion in universities. Currently, she is publishing work from her doctoral research and consulting for UK universities to support them in reviewing and strengthening their sustainability strategies.
