Stefanos is a Principal Lecturer and the Deputy Head in the Department of Human Resource Management.

Stefanos work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement strategies in achieving the Department's learning and teaching objectives. He supports the academic team in managing student needs and timetable issues. He provides support to the Head of Department through involvement in recruitment, staff appraisals, observations and workload. At university level, Stefanos is a member of the Trent Institute for Learning and Teaching contributing to the discussions around employability and work based learning and University Collaborations and Partnerships Committee.

Stefanos specialises in equal pay, equality in the workplace and diversity management in modern organisations. He is currently working on a funded project exploring Childhood Trauma in the workplace. He teaches human resource management at postgraduate level and supervise a number of doctoral students.
