Bronwyn Wood is a senior lecturer in education at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Her research centres on aspects of youth citizenship participation, citizenship education and education policy. She has conducted sustained research into social studies education and been involved in curriculum developments in New Zealand. She is co-editor in chief for the Journal of Applied Youth Studies (Springer), a regional editor for the journals Theory, Research and Social Education (Taylor & Francis) and Citizenship Teaching and Learning (Intellect), and a member of the editorial board of Curriculum Journal (Wiley).
