Moya O’Brien, Dr

Dr Moya O’Brien is a clinical psychologist, co-founder of the Institute of Child Education and Psychology (ICEP) Europe and a member of both PSI and BPS. Moya is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA-D), and has designed and co-authored several of ICEP Europe’s online programmes including Master’s-level modules on postgraduate programmes in Ireland and the UK. She teaches on postgraduate programmes with the University of East London and regularly consults with parents, teachers and schools to support children and young people with autism spectrum disorders and other complex needs. Moya’s research interests include the application of positive psychology to diverse educational contexts and the promotion of wellbeing and resilience in children and families. She is involved in ongoing research in the area of resilience, assistive technology and online learning.
