Suzie is a Senior Academic Developer at Swansea University. She has enjoyed a career of over 25 years working in education, in a number of teaching and consultancy roles, and is now beginning her research journey. She is currently undertaking a PhD, exploring the strengthening and constraining factors on teacher development in a research-intensive university. Her other research interests include investigating emerging professional identities amongst early career academics, as well as curriculum design processes.
