I am Professor of Science Education at IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, University College London, Visiting Professor at the Royal Veterinary College, a member of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. My research and consultancy interests are principally in science education, sex education and bioethics.
