Eric is Professor of Educational Leadership and Development at The Open University, UK. He’s led education reform and teacher development projects with a focus on real-world impact in low-resource settings across Africa, South Asia, and the UK. He mentors practitioners through the European Digital Education Hub and advises on education quality and capacity building as a member of the Body of Practitioners Knowledge at the Adhyayan Foundation in India. His work bridges research, policy, and practice, shaping inclusive and sustainable education systems globally.

His research focusses on educational leadership, evidence-based practice, and teacher professional development, with a strong emphasis on global collaboration.
