Emmajane has worked in Education for 20 years, enjoying a wide range of senior leadership roles within academia, policy development and the statutory school sector. Emmajane is a National Teaching Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and her research interests are focused around professional learning, educative mentoring and the recruitment and retention of education professionals.
