Dr Alicia Franklin is a clinical psychologist and research program manager at the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education at Australian Catholic University. Her research and practice focus on the application of evidence-based positive psychology and education programmes in schools, clinical settings, organisations and communities. She has managed the implementation of several large-scale Australian Research Council-funded projects that focus on enabling the wellbeing and educational thriving of Indigenous youth. Her published works encompass the role of positive psychology factors such as self-concept, needs satisfaction, mindfulness and self-compassion in enabling wellbeing and human potential.
