I'm a Senior Teaching Fellow in Project Management at the University of Portsmouth. My teaching practice focuses on our two undergraduate business degree apprenticeships, and my research explores degree apprentice identity and belonging. I am also a Lego Serious Play practitioner, and use play-based approaches within the apprentice classroom.
