Andrea Bradley is Assistant General Secretary of the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS), Scotland’s largest teacher trade union and professional association. With lead responsibility for Education and Equality matters within the EIS, and formerly a Teacher and Principal Teacher of English within a department that was strongly committed to embedding social justice principles within learning, teaching and assessment approaches, Andrea has a keen interest in the relationship between equity and assessment.
