Dr Alison Barnes is a Principal Lecturer at the University of Brighton. Her research interests include, primary mathematics education and the role of affect in learning mathematics, and professional learning in education.
She is currently working as co-investigator on a Nuffield Funded project exploring the prevalence and use of Curriculum Resources – including DfE funded textbooks – in primary mathematics.
