Before taking up the position of Senior Lecturer in Sport and Physical Education at the University of Bedfordshire I worked in a wide variety of schools over twelve years. I am the EDI Co-lead across UoB as well as the faculty EDI champion. I am currently completing an EdD at University College London, my research has engaged with social justice themes in sport and education. My thesis title is 'Que(e)rying Leadership in UK Higher Education'. I have always been a keen sportswoman and enjoy training and competing in running events.
