    Dear Colleagues,
I’m excited to invite you to participate in the research study, “Chunked Knowledge and Contribution Towards Lifelong Learning.” The goal of this project is to explore how we can optimise online learning by understanding how educators and students build knowledge from smaller, focused “chunks.”

I am currently recruiting participants for a series of virtual focus groups via Microsoft Teams, which will take place between August 20th and September 15th, 2025.The focus groups will be a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers, reflect on your own teaching methods, and contribute to a modern understanding of how segmented learning can enhance student outcomes and lifelong wellbeing.

Your insights will be invaluable in exploring adaptive education strategies within our digital media society.I am looking for educators in Higher Education who meet the following criteria:

    • Currently teaching in a higher education setting.
    • Have used online delivery methods in the previous or current academic year.
    • Possess a basic understanding of chunking methods.
    • Have at least three students who may also be willing to participate in the study.

Your participation would involve attending one online group interview for approximately one hour to share insights into your teaching practices. To find out more and to apply, please complete the application form here: https://forms.gle/UnbZCnTxUuibsLfN6
The deadline for applications is September 14th, 2025.Please feel free to share this invitation with any colleagues or relevant networks who might be interested. Email me with any questions and I look forward to hearing from you!
    Warm regards,
    Roy Mark Weller
