I am the newly appointed Secondary Outreach Lead for Bromley Trust Academy. I have experience of working with children in mainstream and specialist schools. Prior to my new post I spend nine years as a senior leader at an Alternative Provision which is where I decided to return to study to improve the outcomes of children with Social Emotional Mental Health. I completed my Masters in Learning and Teaching at Leicester University. Despite vowing this was the end of my studies, I am now in my fourth year, studying a part time Doctorate in Education at Canterbury Christ Church University.
